The purpose of the 'live' PRco chat service is to give timely updates and information for those customers who find it convenient to use this service. Conversations within the PRco chat service are subject to recording. By using this chat service, you are giving PRco your permission to record the chat conversation.
You will need to have either your Service Contract/Policy number or last 6 numbers of your Vehicle Identification Code (VIN) to start a PRco chat. After providing that information, you will be asked to verify other data in order for us to confirm your identity.
We will not use PRco's chat service for: (a) a completed Service Contract/MBI claim or (b) any questions regarding GAP or Physical Damage insurance. You will have to contact us as noted above.
