The purpose of the ‘live’ PRco chat service is to give timely updates and information for those customers who find it convenient to use this service. Live Chat is available M-F 8:30 am to 5 pm.     1. Conversations within the PRco chat service are subject to recording. By using this chat service, you are giving PRco your permission to record the chat conversation.
    2. You will need to have either your Service Contract/Policy number or last 6 numbers of your Vehicle Identification Code (VIN) to start a PRco chat. After providing that information, you will be asked to verify other data in order for us to confirm your identity.
    3. We can assist you with Vehicle Service Contract or MBI claims. If you would like to file a GAP claim, please complete our GAP claim form which can be found here. For all other GAP questions, please start a chat to provide us with the best phone number for a customer service representative to contact you in the next 30 minutes.
