The purpose of the ‘live’ PRco chat service is to give timely updates and information for those customers who find it convenient to use this service. Live Chat is available M-F 8:30 am to 5 pm. - Conversations within the PRco chat service are subject to recording. By using this chat service, you are giving PRco your permission to record the chat conversation.
- You will need to have either your Service Contract/Policy number or last 6 numbers of your Vehicle Identification Code (VIN) to start a PRco chat. After providing that information, you will be asked to verify other data in order for us to confirm your identity.
- We can assist you with Vehicle Service Contract or MBI claims. If you would like to file a GAP claim, please complete our GAP claim form which can be found here. For all other GAP questions, please start a chat to provide us with the best phone number for a customer service representative to contact you in the next 30 minutes.
